Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your Hair Force One account (published by Two Player Labs) and the data associated with it. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

• In the app (fastest): open Profile → Delete my account while signed in. The request is registered immediately.
• By email: accounts sign in through Google or Apple and have no password, so we can't offer a password form here. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your account, and include your leaderboard name.

Either way, your account and data are removed within 30 days. Changed your mind? Signing back into the Game during those 30 days cancels the request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account record: your leaderboard name and the name, email address, and account identifier we received from Google or Apple.
• Your gameplay data: scores, best scores, games played, deaths, coins, and unlocked characters.
• Your cloud save.
• Any custom maps you built and shared, and your entries on the leaderboards.
• Any feedback you submitted from within the game, and your uploaded avatar photo.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Anonymized, aggregate data that can no longer identify you (for example overall play counts used for analytics) may be retained.
• Purchase and transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, for the period required by law. In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are handled under their terms; deleting your game account does not cancel or refund a purchase.

Play without an account

Hair Force One is fully playable without an account. If you never signed in, no personal account data is stored on our servers, and any progress lives only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that local data.
