Terms of Service

Effective date: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Two Player Labs LLC ("Two Player Labs," "we," "us") governing your use of the mobile game Hair Force One, including its online features and this website (together, the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't play the Game.

1. Satire & parody

Hair Force One is a work of satire and parody created for entertainment. All characters are original caricatures. The Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real person, political figure, party, or government, and nothing in the Game is a statement of fact about any real person or an expression of support for or against any candidate or cause. Any resemblance to real people or hairstyles is intentional commentary and parody.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your license to the Game

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. We (and our licensors) keep all rights in the Game, including its code, art, audio, characters, and branding.

You agree not to: copy, modify, or distribute the Game; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or submit falsified scores or data; tamper with game data or our servers; attempt to access, disrupt, or overload our systems; access the Game's servers other than through the Game itself; or use the Game for anything unlawful or to harass others.

4. Accounts

You can play offline without an account. Creating an account with Sign in with Google (Android) or Sign in with Apple (iOS) enables cloud saves, leaderboards, profiles, map sharing, and purchase verification and restoration. Keep access to your Google or Apple account secure: you're responsible for activity on your Game account.

Your leaderboard name and (optional) avatar photo are public. Don't pick a name or upload a photo that is obscene, impersonates someone, or infringes anyone's rights — names are filtered, and we may rename accounts, remove photos, or remove accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the leaderboard.

5. Online services

Cloud saves, leaderboards, community maps, events, and contests depend on our servers. We work to keep them available but don't promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue online features (in whole or in part) at any time. Where an online feature you paid real money for is permanently discontinued, we'll handle it as required by applicable law and store policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cheat, abuse other players, or harm the Game or its community. You may stop playing — or delete your account — at any time (Section 6).

6. Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the Game via Profile → Delete my account or at hairforceone.twoplayerlabs.com/delete-account. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days; signing back in during those 30 days cancels the request. Deletion is permanent: your cloud save, leaderboard entries, avatar photo, published maps, and coins/unlocks tied to the account are removed and can't be restored. Purchase records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Virtual currency, purchases, and ads

Coins. The Game uses an in-game currency ("coins") earned through play or bought with real money. Coins are a license to game features, not money or property: they have no real-world value, can't be redeemed for cash, can't be transferred or resold, and may be adjusted for balance or forfeited if your account is terminated for cause.

What real money buys. Real-money purchases are limited to: coin packs, the Remove Ads upgrades, and select cosmetic items (such as the Founder avatar frame). All other content is priced in coins.

Purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms and refund policies. Prices may change. All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or the relevant store's refund policy — refund requests go through the store you bought from. We verify purchases with the store before granting them; unauthorized, refunded, or charged-back purchases may result in removal of granted items.

Restoring purchases. Non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads, cosmetic entitlements) are restorable after a reinstall or on a new device: they restore automatically on Android, and via Profile → Restore Purchases on iOS. Consumable coin packs are delivered once and are not restorable.

Remove Ads. The "Remove Ads" products ($3.99, or $6.99 including 3,000 coins) permanently remove banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available — they only play when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit.

Rewarded items, trials, and promo codes. Some rewards (e.g., 7-day character trials) are temporary by design and expire automatically. One ad-supported "second chance" revive is offered per run. Promo codes are single-use per account, have no cash value, and may expire or be revoked if abused.

Ads. The Game displays third-party ads (see the Privacy Policy for details and choices). Ad availability isn't guaranteed; a rewarded benefit requires the ad to finish playing.

8. Your content (maps, avatar photos, feedback)

The Game lets you create and share content — custom maps, map names, an avatar photo, votes, and feedback ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. By sharing it, you grant Two Player Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt it for operating and promoting the Game (for example: listing your map in the community browser and on this website, featuring it as Map of the Week, or showing it in screenshots of the Game).

Content rules — zero tolerance. Your Content, username, and avatar photo must not be unlawful, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or infringing on anyone's rights, and must not contain personal information about anyone. We may remove content, feature or unfeature maps, and suspend or ban accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Reporting. You can report an objectionable map (the 🚩 button on any community map) or an offensive leaderboard name/profile in the Game. Maps reported by multiple players are hidden automatically pending review, and our moderators review reports and act on violations. You can also reach us anytime at [email protected]. Filing knowingly false reports is itself a violation of these Terms.

You're responsible for Your Content. We don't endorse user content and aren't liable for it, but we do moderate the community spaces of the Game.

9. Contests, events, and creator rewards

The Game may run weekly challenges, timed events, build contests, and creator-reward programs (e.g., coins for map-play milestones). These are governed by the rules shown in the Game when you enter, may change between events, are void where prohibited, and award in-game items or coins only unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Third-party terms

The Game is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and uses services from Google (Sign-In, AdMob, Play Billing) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, StoreKit). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. These Terms don't modify your agreements with Google or Apple.

11. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe content in the Game (including a user-created map or avatar photo) infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with: identification of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material (e.g., map share code or username), your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief. We respond to valid notices consistent with the DMCA and applicable law, and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

12. Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) TWO PLAYER LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DON'T APPLY WHERE THE LAW PROHIBITS THEM (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CAN'T BE WAIVED — IF YOU LIVE IN THE EEA OR UK, YOU KEEP ALL RIGHTS YOUR LOCAL LAW GRANTS YOU).

You agree to indemnify Two Player Labs against third-party claims arising from Your Content or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by your local law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, excluding its conflict-of-law rules — though if you live in the EEA or UK you also benefit from mandatory protections of your home country's law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction, except that either side may use small-claims court where eligible, and EEA/UK consumers may sue at home. Both sides waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, where such waiver is enforceable.

15. Apple-specific terms (iOS only)

These Terms are between you and Two Player Labs, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game and is not responsible for any product claims, third-party IP claims, or legal compliance relating to the Game. In case of the Game's failure to conform to a warranty, Apple may refund your purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update the Game or these Terms as the Game evolves. Updates appear on this page with a new effective date; for material changes we'll also notify you in the Game. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept them; if you don't, stop playing and (if you wish) delete your account.

17. Everything else

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Game. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the Game or the company.
