These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hair Force One (the "Game"), published by Two Player Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Satire & parody

Hair Force One is a work of satire and parody created for entertainment. All characters are original caricatures. The Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real person, political figure, party, or government. Any resemblance to real people or hairstyles is intentional commentary and parody.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Choose a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate others. We may remove or change usernames, scores, or accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the leaderboard.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Cheat, tamper with, or submit falsified scores or data to the leaderboard or servers.
Attempt to access, disrupt, or overload our systems, or reverse-engineer the Game except as permitted by law.
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.

4. Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases and display advertising. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, including its art, characters, code, and branding, is owned by Two Player Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play the Game for your own entertainment.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Player Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the Game or these Terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them. Material changes to these Terms are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
