Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Hair Force One (the "Game"), published by Two Player Labs LLC ("we," "us"), collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the Game on Android and iOS and to this website.

The short version: we collect what we need to run the Game — an account if you create one, your cloud save, scores for leaderboards, maps you share, and feedback you send. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which collects device identifiers to serve them. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't want more of it than the Game needs.

1. Information we collect

You can play offline without an account. The Game is fully playable without one; if you never sign in, your progress stays on your device and the only data leaving it is what the advertising SDK collects (Section 3).

What's public. Your leaderboard name, avatar photo (if you upload one), best scores, player profile, and any maps you choose to share are visible to other players in the Game and on this website, which search engines can index. Your email, real name, and purchases are never shown to other players.

What we don't collect: precise location, contacts, your photo library (only the single photo you choose to upload), microphone, health data, or browsing history. The Game contains no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information.

Under the GDPR/UK GDPR, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the Game and the online features you use), legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, moderation, aggregate statistics, non-personalized advertising), consent (personalized advertising where required), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records for purchases).

3. Advertising

The Game displays ads served by Google AdMob: banners in menus, an occasional interstitial after game over, and optional rewarded videos you choose to watch for in-game benefits. The AdMob SDK collects and shares with Google certain data from your device under Google's own privacy policy, including your device's advertising ID, approximate (coarse) location, IP address, and diagnostic information about ad performance. This is used for ad serving, ad measurement, and fraud prevention. Google acts as an independent controller of this data:

Your choices:

We use only Google AdMob — no other ad networks. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with:

5. How long we keep information

6. Deleting your account and your rights

Account deletion. Delete your account at any time — in the Game (Profile → Delete my account) or on the web at hairforceone.twoplayerlabs.com/delete-account (the web page directs you to the in-app button or to email us, since accounts sign in through Google or Apple and have no password). Your account and associated data — progress, cloud save, leaderboard entries, avatar photo, votes, and any maps you published — are permanently removed within 30 days of the request. Signing back in during those 30 days cancels the deletion request. Purchase records are retained as described in Section 5.

Everyone may request access to or correction of their data by emailing [email protected]. You can also stop providing data by playing offline without an account, though leaderboards, cloud saves, and shared maps will be unavailable.

EEA / UK residents additionally have the right to receive a copy of their personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing), and to complain to their local supervisory authority.

California and other US state residents have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only "sharing" we engage in is the advertising described in Section 3, and you can opt out using the choices listed there. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We honor these rights regardless of which state you live in and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We may need to verify your identity (e.g., confirming control of your account) before acting on a request.

7. Children's privacy

Hair Force One is a work of political satire intended for a general, mature audience and is not directed at children under 13; our Terms of Service require users to be at least 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

We are a US company and our servers are located in the United States. If you use the Game from the EEA, UK, or elsewhere, your information is processed in the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

Traffic between the Game and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in is protected by per-device access tokens, uploaded photos are re-encoded and stripped of metadata before storage, and purchases are verified with the store before anything is granted. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there's less to protect.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes appear on this page with a new effective date; for material changes we'll also notify you in the Game.
